1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing City Builder: Sort & Build (the "Game", package com.popobi.citybuilder), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your country), your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. License Grant & Prohibited Uses
2.1 Limited License
Popobi Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and play the Game on compatible mobile devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Game.
- Employ cheats, automation bots, hacks, memory modifiers, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Intercept, alter, or spoof communications between the Game and server endpoints.
- Exploit software bugs or save file manipulation to duplicate virtual currency or bypass level progression.
- Sell, lease, trade, or transfer virtual items, progress, or profiles for real-world currency.
3. Virtual Items, Currencies & In-App Purchases
3.1 Virtual Items & Currencies
The Game includes virtual currencies (Coins, Construction Plans) and consumable or durable virtual items (Boosters, Energy, Remove Forced Ads):
- Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value.
- They do not constitute private property and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real-world currency or goods.
- They are licensed to you on a limited, revocable basis solely for use within the Game.
3.2 Secure Platform Billing
All in-app purchases are fulfilled and billed through Google Play or Apple App Store under their respective digital storefront terms. Popobi Studio never holds or processes your financial credentials. All purchases are final, subject to mandatory platform refund policies.
3.3 "Remove Forced Ads" Durable Entitlement
Purchasing "Remove Forced Ads" permanently disables non-rewarded interstitial ads between levels. Optional rewarded videos (for bonus rewards) remain accessible at your choice. This entitlement can be restored at any time via Settings.
4. User Profiles & Nicknames
City Builder: Sort & Build uses a friction-free pseudonymous guest profile system. If you choose a custom nickname:
- Your nickname must not be unlawful, offensive, harassing, obscene, hateful, or infringe third-party trademarks.
- We reserve the right to sanitize or reset offensive nicknames to standard default identifiers (e.g. "Master Architect") without notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, game mechanics, puzzle layouts, district landmarks, visual artwork, sound effects, music, and trademarks associated with City Builder: Sort & Build and Workshop Jam are the proprietary property of Popobi Studio and its licensors. All rights reserved.
6. Updates and Availability
Popobi Studio reserves the right to patch, balance, update, or modify game content, booster mechanics, pricing, and district stages at any time. While single-player puzzle levels operate offline, connected features (leaderboard sync, remote config) require an internet connection.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POPOBI STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPOBI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE GAME OVER THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.
